Do you need a refund for any purchased product?
At CodexInfra Pvt. Ltd., we provide a 100% refund on products if you are completely satisfied with the product or buying something that does not fulfill your requirements.
Any request for a refund must be submitted in proper format within 30 days from the date of purchase in our records.
The clients seeking reimbursement for any purchased product at our website must submit a support ticket mentioning their refund request stating the appropriate reason.
Your feedback is important to us so that we can bring changes to bestow improved user experience in the future.
We only allow one refund request per order at a time. This way, even if you lose internet connection while making a request or something else happens or you forgot about that you made the request already, you will not be able to make a new one until the admin has accepted or rejected or deleted the first one.
